Anti racism act

Dear Ro2,

I've been seeing alot of people speaking on their country's language on the public, trade, party search channels and I would like you to put a rule about speaking in english is a must on those said channel or will face either a mute or an hour of ban. I'm a filipino myself, but I find it ridiculous for people to speak in vernacular in a public chat and due to that there is an increase in racism to nationalities.
